Warehouse Assistant

Description:
Midland Tool has been servicing its customers since 1962 with the most recognized service and supplies in the industry. Midland’s customers range from some of the world’s largest contractors, industrial plants and factories, to local mechanical, electrical and steel erection. To assist with our expanding business needs, we are looking to hire a Warehouse Assistant to help us receive our inventory and prepare our outgoing products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all incoming product/Inventory
  • Palletize Orders
  • Assist in managing all outgoing orders
  • Check for shortage or overage of quantities
  • Stage orders
  • Make quantity adjustments to orders
  • Unpack inventory
  • Report inventory issues to Warehouse Manager

Requirements for Job:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at one time
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Preferred hilo driving experience
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, typically over
  • Warehouse experience (shipping/receiving) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 -50 hours per week

 Customer Service Representative

Midland’s customers range from some of the world’s largest contractors, industrial plants and factories, to local mechanical, electrical and steel erection. To assist their growing business, Midland Tool is seeking to hire a Customer Service representative that will guide customers through the purchasing process. Midland expects this individual to greet customers, educate customers on products and aid customers in choosing the correct product based upon their need. The Customer Service representative will also support the Midland outside sales team by placing orders and providing product research or detail as needed. Successful Customer Service representatives will have an upbeat attitude and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of Midland’s growing customer base.

The Driver will also support the Midland warehouse team by packing orders and providing support as needed. Successful Drivers will have an upbeat attitude and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of Midland’s growing customer base.
