The Hougen 10528 is a replacement pilot pin designed for use with Hougen 12,000-Series Rotabroach annular cutters covering a 5/8 in to 2-3/8 in cutting diameter range with a 2 in depth of cut. This precision-machined steel pilot performs three critical functions during annular cutting operations: it locates the hole’s center point, initiates coolant flow to the center of the cutter, and ejects the slug at the end of the cut. Manufactured in the USA, it is a direct-fit accessory for portable magnetic drill setups. Keeping a sharp pilot on hand minimizes tool wear and ensures clean, accurate hole placement on every job.
