ER316/316L TIG filler rod is designed for GTAW welding of 316 and 316L stainless steel. Its 2% to 3% molybdenum content helps improve pitting corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. The low carbon chemistry supports resistance to intergranular corrosion, making it a solid choice for chemical, marine, and high temperature applications. Supplied in a 10 lb package for shop and field welding work.
