The Fibre Metal F500 Speedy Loop Faceshield Headgear is a high-performance headgear and mounting loop combo engineered for demanding job site conditions. Constructed from Noryl, the same material used in Fibre-Metal welding helmets, it offers superior strength, durability, and heat resistance compared to standard faceshields. The broader, deeper 7” crown protector provides an additional margin of protection when harsh working conditions require it. The Model 5000 Speedy-Loop mounting system enables fast, tool-free on/off attachment to Cap Series hard hats without requiring modified caps, and can even be mounted while the cap remains on the head. Compatible with 4178 and 4199 series faceshields; faceshield is sold separately.
