The Accuform TRS332CTP Jumbo Record Status Safety Tag is purpose-built for repair order tracking in industrial, commercial, and facility maintenance environments. Measuring 8-1/2” x 3-7/8”, these tags are constructed from a 10-mil polyolefin-based PF-Cardstock that is tear-resistant, waterproof, and pulp-free, making them far more durable than traditional paper cardstock in moisture-heavy or rough-handling conditions. The scuff-resistant matte surface writes cleanly with pen or marker, and the front face includes dedicated fields for Name, Department, and Date alongside the bold “Repair Order – Repairs Required” legend. A 3/8” plain hole at the top provides secure attachment with strong pull resistance. Each pack includes 25 tags and the product complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements.
