Constructed from M2 high speed steel with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, this cutter delivers extended tool life, reduced friction, and cooler operating temperatures compared to standard HSS tools. The 3/4 in double-flatted Weldon shank provides exceptional rigidity and up to 2x the tool life versus quick-change mounting systems. Fully fluted and precision ground, it ensures superior chip evacuation and cleaner hole finishes with less required horsepower and thrust.
