308L TIG filler rod is designed for GTAW welding of 18% Cr and 8% Ni stainless steels with low carbon content. The low carbon chemistry helps reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion in demanding service environments. This rod is commonly used in chemical and food processing applications, as well as on pipes, tubes, and boilers. It also offers solid general corrosion resistance for everyday stainless fabrication and repair work.
