316L TIG rod for GTAW welding of austenitic stainless steels, including 18% Cr – 8% Ni and 18% Cr – 10% Ni – 3% Mo grades. This bare chromium-nickel-molybdenum rod delivers strong general corrosion resistance, especially in acid and chlorinated environments. Its low carbon content helps reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion in demanding fabrication work. Well suited for chemical and food processing, shipbuilding, and architectural stainless applications.
