The Hougen RotaLoc Plus Annular Cutter (11/16 in x 1 in) is machined from hardened M42 high-speed steel and engineered with Stack-Cut tooth geometry for punching clean holes through single or stacked steel plates in a single pass. The 5/8” bayonet-style twist-lock shank delivers tool-less cutter changes in seconds, keeping downtime to a minimum on structural fabrication jobs. Designed exclusively for the Hougen HMD130 and HMD150 low-profile magnetic drills, this cutter produces accurate, burr-reduced holes that outperform conventional twist drills.
