The RIDGID Model 408 is a professional-grade lever-style tube bender designed for 1/2 in. O.D. annealed copper, steel, and stainless steel tubing with wall thickness up to 0.06 in. Its open-side design slides onto tubing at any point along its length, making it ideal for in-place bending on the jobsite. A 90-degree start angle combined with a unique oil-absorbing shoe minimizes bending effort while producing clean, accurate bends up to 180 degrees. The clearly marked angle meter with 15-degree increments ensures repeatable, consistent bends every time. Offset cushion grip handles eliminate knuckle-cracking discomfort when completing full 180-degree bends.
