The PEMCO 4 in Polyurethane-on-Iron Swivel Caster is a heavy-duty, economical solution from the 45 Series, engineered for demanding job site and industrial applications requiring up to 800 lbs per caster. The mold-on polyurethane tread delivers a non-scuffing, floor-protective ride across shop carts, platform carts, containers, and lumber carts. Dual ball swivel raceways provide smooth, responsive steering under load, while the zinc plated finish and iron wheel core stand up to tough environments. The 4” x 4-1/2” top plate mounts securely with a standard 3/8” bolt pattern, and the 1/2” axle includes a zerk fitting for easy field lubrication. Tested to ANSI ICWM:2012 capacity and durability standards with RoHS compliant zinc plating.
