The patented SuperEight 8-point suspension with SwingStrap technology allows workers wearing welding helmets, face shields, or goggles to convert from forward to reverse wearing position without removing or reinstalling the headband. A 360-degree padded sweatband combined with ratchet headband adjustment ensures all-day comfort and a secure, customizable fit from hat size 6-1/2 to 8.
