The Harrington LB028-20 is a 2-3/4 ton (5,500 lb) capacity lever hoist engineered for demanding lifting applications where space is limited. A patented spring-loaded freewheel mechanism permits safe, easy load chain adjustment and actively safeguards against accidental freewheeling under load. The Weston-style totally enclosed brake incorporates two moisture-resistant brake pads with four braking surfaces and dual brake pawls for reliable stopping power in demanding conditions. Every unit is factory load tested to 125% of rated capacity in accordance with ASME B30.21 requirements.
