The Bernard Centerfire NST-3800B is a small tapered MIG nozzle machined from solid brass, featuring a 3/8 in bore with flush tip alignment for consistent, repeatable weld starts. A built-in spatter shield smooths and concentrates shielding gas flow, reducing weld oxidation and contamination for cleaner results. The threadless “Drop-In” tip design requires no tools for tip or nozzle replacement, minimizing downtime after burnback. A large-diameter tip base and tapered seat ensure superior electrical conductivity and heat transfer, while the solid concentric tip-to-nozzle relationship keeps the tip centered even under heavy use. Compatible with all standard air-cooled Bernard Q series MIG guns and the DS-1 gas diffuser, this nozzle is manufactured in the USA.
