The Bernard Centerfire NST-3818B is a tapered thread-on MIG nozzle designed for use with Bernard Centerfire MIG guns, featuring a 3/8 in bore and 1/8 in recessed tip position. Constructed from durable brass, this nozzle is built to withstand the heat and abuse of heavy-duty and light commercial MIG welding applications. An integrated spatter shield holds the contact tip in place, protects the gas diffuser, and directs shielding gas evenly for reduced turbulence and lower weld oxidation. The Centerfire design allows both the nozzle and contact tip to be swapped out by hand without any tools, minimizing downtime after burnback. A ceramic insulator is included for extended service life.
