The POWERWELD 70S-6 MIG welding wire is a copper-coated mild steel GMAW wire engineered for single and multiple pass welding applications. Formulated with the highest combination of manganese and silicon deoxidizers, this wire delivers clean, smooth weld beads with little to no post-weld cleanup required. It performs reliably with 100% CO2 shielding gas and handles moderate amounts of rust, oil, and mill scale on base metals.
