The United Abrasives/SAIT A24R Pipeline General Purpose Type 27 grinding wheel is engineered to perform both cutting and light grinding on ferrous metals, eliminating the need to swap between two separate wheels on the job. Constructed with premium aluminum oxide grain and reinforced with the highest quality fiberglass, this wheel delivers long service life and maximum safety under demanding field conditions. Rated at 10,200 max RPM and compatible with standard angle grinders, it is purpose-built for pipeline root pass grinding as well as general fabrication on steel and cast iron.
