The United Abrasives-SAIT 38114 Straight Cartridge Roll is a premium 80 grit aluminum oxide abrasive roll engineered for precision work in tight spaces on metal and stainless steel. Its full-taper, multi-layer construction is self-dressing, continuously exposing sharp new cutting abrasive as each layer wears away for consistent performance throughout the roll’s life. At 18,000 RPM, it handles high-speed deburring and flash removal with ease on die grinders. The X-weight cotton backing delivers durability and flexibility, making it well-suited for sanding and polishing channels, fillets, recesses, side walls, and bottoms of dead-end holes.
